Fuel costs: CPPA wants power tariffs to rise by another 21%

Having risen by about 39% last month, power tariffs in most of the country may once again go up by as much as 21% if the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority approves the petition by the state-owned Central Power Purchasing Agency.
